hey everybody

hmmm I’m hungry. the Baha’i Fast is upon us, no eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset. it’s also real spiritual and regenerating if you do it right.

Today at 9 AM I had an appointment for massage therapy in Rockland with a nice person with lots of certificates. It helped a lot with the pain I was having in my back - apparently a lot of it is on the level of nerve shock, and probably resulted from my accidents (the one this year, and undoubtedly the one the year before that). lots of heat, good posture, and more massage is in order.

where is everybody? at work or at school. it’s kind of boring just sitting around resting. maybe that’s why I get so little rest; it’s boring. grrr. must rest. rest boring. become monk.
