so, the fast has started today. no eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset. it gets easier the more you do it.

…I guess I don’t have much more to say. It can get pretty boring during the fast because the distraction of eating during the day is removed. If you don’t have anything else to do, you have to find something to do otherwise you’re just sitting around ;)
